In addition to overseeing all investment activities in target markets, Damian is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing core, value-add, and opportunistic investments in Texas and Colorado and Colorado.

Sally drives investment activities from the Sydney office.

Justin oversees sourcing, acquiring and developing industrial properties for all of Cabot’s strategies in target markets in Europe, Southern California, the Bay Area and Seattle.

Carey brings over 15 years of commercial real estate experience to managing capital deployment across Cabot’s investment vehicles.

Michael oversees investment activities across all Cabot strategies in the East.

Nick leads the Investor Relations teams and is responsible for capital raising, business development, research, and strategic initiatives.

Hobey manages the firm’s Finance team, which is responsible for the strategy, execution, and management of all debt and derivatives activities across investment vehicles.

Betsy brought over 18 years of investment management accounting and finance experience when she joined Cabot in 2020, having held controller and senior finance positions at private investment management and real estate investment companies.

Megan oversees the ESG strategy and implementation for all Cabot owned and managed assets.

Crysta brings over 15 years of commercial real estate experience to leading the Chicago office in managing forty tenants and over seven million square feet of space.

Seppi joined Cabot in 2020 to source and close industrial property investments in the Northeastern US.

Keith is responsible for sourcing and closing industrial property investments in the US as well as other strategic initiatives.

Michael oversees development, leasing and capital improvement programs in both value add and Core Industrial products.

Rob oversees capital deployment in industrial markets in North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee and Florida.

Based in our Chicago office, Jon Happ serves as a Vice President of Asset Management. He assists in overseeing the North Central Region, which includes Chicago, Columbus, Indianapolis, and Minneapolis.

Aimee oversees talent acquisition, employee engagement, professional development, and performance management.

Tayler joined Cabot in 2021 to source and close industrial property investments in the Central US.

As a Director of Investments, Chelsea sits in Cabot’s Orange County office and is directly responsible for sourcing and closing investments in Southern California and Phoenix.

Chris oversees leasing, operations, property management and performance of industrial assets in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Phoenix and Denver markets.

Jeff joined Cabot in 2022 to source and manage debt and derivatives across all investment vehicles.

Florian is responsible for acquisition and development in Europe with focus on Germany and the Netherlands.

Annie is responsible for tax planning, research and compliance across all Cabot funds, its partners and shareholders.

Yu is the head of the Japan office and oversees investment activities from the Tokyo office.

Deb joined Cabot as the Controller of Cabot REIT at its inception in 1998 and remained through its sale and transition in 2002.

As the Head of Technology, Sam is responsible for ensuring Cabot’s technology strategy is aligned with overall organizational goals.

Jed joined the Asset Management group in 2010 and currently heads up Cabot's London office where he oversees all Asset Management activity in the UK and EU'.

Kelly’s 24 years of experience enhance all areas of asset and portfolio management for Cabot’s Funds and separate account clients as well as property management.

Candace joined Cabot in 2022 with 17 years of accounting experience.

Mike is responsible for sourcing, structuring and executing new industrial investment opportunities for multiple Cabot investment vehicles.
