Based in Cabot’s Atlanta office, Brooks leads the sourcing and executing of industrial property investments in the Southeast US. Before joining Cabot in 2022, he was a Vice President on CBRE’s National Partners team focused on industrial sales throughout the Southeast US. He began his career as an underwriter at Towerpoint Capital. Brooks holds BS degrees in Real Estate and Economics from the University of Georgia.
