Koen is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing industrial investments across the Netherlands. He has a strong and extensive network of institutional investors, major logistics occupiers, brokers, and other professionals from the industry. Prior to joining Cabot in 2022, he was part of CBRE’s Dutch Capital Markets team with a focus on industrial sales and acquisitions across the Netherlands. Koen holds a BS degree in real estate management from the University of Applied Sciences Groningen and a MSc degree in real estate management from the University of Greenwich.
