Katie assists with the execution of Cabot’s global compliance program, supporting a broad range of regulatory, risk management, and governance activities across the firm, including primary responsibility for the firm’s Code of Ethics monitoring and mitigation, global marketing compliance, and internal employee training program. With a decade of experience working with SEC-registered investment advisers, Katie has supported private fund compliance across private equity, real estate, hedge fund, venture, and company-creation strategies. At Cabot, she is regularly engaged on matters where compliance intersects with other business functions, contributing to compliance program enhancements, operational process improvements, and initiatives focused on efficiency, risk reduction, and the thoughtful use of technology.

Katie holds a BS in Biology from The Pennsylvania State University and a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She is a member of the NAREIM Legal and Compliance Committee.
