Cabot targets well-designed logistics buildings that are highly functional and able to serve many types of tenants through time. This includes traditional users, as well as the growing list of eCommerce companies requiring last mile proximity to their customers. Our typical buildings range from 50,000 square feet (~5,000 square meters) to more than 500,000 square feet (~50,000 square meters) and are ideally flexible enough to be demised for multiple users. Critical attributes include ample clear height for storage, plenty of dock doors, proper loading and maneuverability, parking for both cars and trucks, and multiple access points to allow the transfer of goods both to and from the property.
