Since 1996, Kelly has leveraged her multi-faceted expertise to enhance all areas of asset, portfolio and property management for Cabot’s Funds and separate account clients.

Keith is responsible for sourcing and closing industrial property investments in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and South Florida.

Tayler joined Cabot in 2021 to source and close industrial property investments in the Central US.

Florian oversees the acquisition and development of logistics real estate in Europe with a focus on Germany and the Netherlands.

Deb joined Cabot as the Controller of Cabot REIT at its inception in 1998 and remained through its sale and transition in 2002.

Based in our Chicago office, Jon Happ serves as a Vice President of Asset Management. He assists in overseeing the North Central Region, which includes Chicago, Columbus, Indianapolis, and Minneapolis.

Heather brings over 14 years of industry expertise to her role at Cabot where she is responsible for the accounting and oversight of Cabot's global financial operations.

As a Director of Investments, Chelsea sits in Cabot’s Orange County office and is directly responsible for sourcing and closing investments in Southern California and Phoenix.
