This was a speculative development opportunity in one of the United Kingdom’s premier industrial estates. This state-of-the-art logistics building totals 172,223 square feet and features 12.5 meter eaves, 22 dock doors, and a 55 meter truck court with both trailer storage and outside storage. The Brackmills Industrial Estate is strategically located in Northampton, roughly 60 miles north of London and 50 miles southeast of Birmingham, just off the M1 motorway, England’s main North-South highway. This project stabilized, with a long term tenant, prior to completion.
