This speculative land acquisition in Miami turned into a long-term build-to-suit for a multinational food, snack, and beverage company during our due diligence process. The building is strategically located in the Medley submarket, with excellent access to the Palmetto Expressway, the Florida Turnpike, and Miami International Airport.
