Neil S. Raymond, Jr. (Jed), Asset Manager, has over 10 years of real estate experience. He joined Cabot in March of 2010 and serves as an Asset Manager for the United Kingdom, Texas, California, Washington and Minnesota markets. He previously worked as a Project Manager and Director of Marketing and Leasing at Cabot, Cabot & Forbes of New England. Prior to CC&F, Mr. Raymond was a Project Manager for Raymond Property Company. Jed received his BA of Arts and Sciences at Middlebury College in 2000, and his Masters in Real Estate Development and Design Studies from Harvard Graduate School of Design in 2005. He is a member is NAIOP, ULI, and BAYREP, and was a recipient of the 2008 Boston Business Journal's Emerging Leaders. Mr. Raymond also serves as director of the First National Bank of Ipswich.
