Damian Bailey, Assistant Vice President, Investments, has seven years of real estate experience and has been employed by Cabot for three years. Mr. Bailey is responsible for underwriting and project oversight for all of Cabot's development activities. To date this includes the development of over 1.5 million square feet of industrial real estate. Additionally, Mr. Bailey is responsible for acquisitions in North Carolina, Minnesota, and Northern Florida. Prior to joining Cabot, Mr. Bailey began his real estate career as a Senior Acquisitions Analyst with Boston Capital, working there for 4 years. In this capacity, Mr. Bailey was responsible for the acquisition of over $200 million of multi-family property. Mr. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of New Hampshire, and a Masters in Business Administration from Boston University.
