Florian oversees the acquisition and development of logistics real estate in Europe with a focus on Germany and the Netherlands. After several years in Cabot’s London office, Florian relocated to Amsterdam to open and lead the Dutch office where he continues to play a key role in growing Cabot’s European platform. With an extensive track record of executing property investments from single assets to portfolio transactions, Florian brings a critical understanding of the complexities of European real estate operations.

Florian holds a Diploma in Business from Freie Universität Berlin, a MBA from Stockholm University School of Business, a post-graduate degree in real estate from EBS University Oestrich-Winkel and is a member of the IMMOEBS network.
