Damian leads investment strategy and portfolio construction for Cabot’s U.S. Core programs, working with investment officers to align opportunities with fund objectives. He also plays a central role in fund formation, capital stack management, and other key aspects of ongoing fund management.

Since joining Cabot’s investment team in 2007, Damian has sourced and executed a broad variety of investments across a number of major U.S. logistics markets. His investment experience spans multiple market cycles, informing his perspective on risk, capital allocation, and portfolio positioning. He has also led Cabot’s firmwide disposition program, overseeing transactions ranging from property-level sales to complex portfolio and entity-level transactions.

Damian is a member of the Urban Land Institute and an active member of its Industrial and Office Park Development Council – Silver. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Boston University.
