As Director of Portfolio Management, Charlie leads the day-to-day operations of Cabot Properties’ Portfolio Management team, with responsibility for managing risk and optimizing value across the firm’s global industrial platform. In this role, he oversees team workflows, financial modeling, internal and external reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. The Portfolio Management team works closely with Cabot’s Investment, Capital Markets, Asset Management, and Investor Relations teams to implement portfolio strategy and strive for operational excellence.

Charlie joined Cabot in 2015 as an Investment Analyst and has spent the last decade in roles across the firm’s Investment, Research, and Portfolio Management teams. He graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
