Diana S. Ferguson is an experienced financial executive with a track record of success in corporate financial management, strategic planning and transaction execution. She has served as Chief Financial Officer for several leading organizations, including Cleveland Avenue, the Chicago Board of Education, Folgers Coffee Company, and Sara Lee Foodservice. In 2013 Ms. Ferguson founded Scarlett Investments LLC a business that invests in and advises middle market businesses with a primary focus in consumer products.

She has also held board positions for Sally Beauty Holdings, Mattel Inc., and Gartner Inc. Ms. Ferguson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University and a master of management degree from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg School of Management.
