As Cabot’s Chief Operating Officer, Bradford is responsible for overseeing key firmwide functions including asset and property management, finance and accounting, capital markets and portfolio management, information technology, and various human resources functions. He also sits on Cabot’s Board of Directors and several internal committees, where he plays a central role in driving the company’s operational strategy and execution.

Before being elevated to COO, Bradford served as Head of Asset Management, overseeing a global team of asset and property managers and analyzing Cabot’s performance across portfolios. Prior to joining Cabot in 2008, he managed leasing for industrial and multifamily properties at Eaton Vance Management’s Real Estate Investment Group. Bradford holds a BS in Accounting from Babson College.
