Stephen P. Vallarelli, Senior Vice President, Asset Management, has 23 years of real estate experience and has been employed by Cabot for 10 years. Mr. Vallarelli currently serves as the Asset Manager and Team Leader for assets located in for Illinois, Texas, California, Washington and Minnesota. Since 1996, he has participated in the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of more than $900 million of industrial, office and retail investments. Steve has developed and implemented core and value added investment strategies during tenures with RREEF, the Cabot REIT, and AMRESCO Advisors. He is a graduate of Iona College with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and New York University with a Masters Degree in Real Estate Investment.
