Patrick V. Ryan, Senior Vice President, Investments, has 20 years of real estate experience and has been employed by Cabot for 13 years. Mr. Ryan is responsible for all acquisitions in Central Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. Mr. Ryan was also responsible for all development projects for Fund I and Fund II. Prior to 2004, Mr. Ryan led Cabot's research efforts, and was the Senior Development Analyst from 2000 to 2001. Mr. Ryan began his real estate career in 1992 with General Investment & Development Company, holding various property management positions until 1998. Mr. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College and a Master of Business Administration from Boston University.
