Mark Stevens, Senior Vice President, Investments, has 31 years of real estate experience and has been employed by Cabot Industrial Trust and Cabot Properties for six years. Mr. Stevens is responsible for acquisitions in Texas, Arizona, and California. Prior to joining Cabot, he served as Vice President for RREEF (2001 - 2005), initiating the National Leasing Program for the Western United States and worked with over 200 national tenants in an industrial portfolio of 180 million square feet. Mr. Stevens joined RREEF in 2001 from the Cabot REIT (1998 - 2001) where he served as Vice President with asset management responsibilities for 10 million square feet of industrial real estate. He was later assigned National Leasing responsibilities for the western portion of the REIT portfolio. Mr. Stevens began his career as a property manager for CB Richard Ellis (1980 - 1998) and later was responsible for the Industrial Management and Leasing Group for the Phoenix office. Mark attended Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and Arizona State University with a major in business.
