Kevin G. Harutunian, Associate Asset Manager, has five years of real estate experience. He joined Cabot Properties in February 2011 and serves as an Associate Asset Manager in the Florida and Maryland markets. Prior to joining Cabot, Mr. Harutunian was a Property Manager with CB Richard Ellis-New England, managing primarily industrial and suburban office property. While at CB Richard Ellis Mr. Harutunian was given the 2010 Sustainability Award for his work on energy savings initiatives as well as the local and regional recipient of the 2010 and 2009 BOMA Industrial Building of the Year Award. He is also a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP), a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and a licensed real estate professional. Mr. Harutunian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Saint Michael's College and is a candidate for his MBA from The Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
