Kelly J. Stevens, Vice President, Asset Management, has 15 years of real estate experience, all with Cabot. Ms. Stevens serves as the Asset Manager in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee. Ms. Stevens was previously a Property Manager for Cabot Industrial Trust's Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Regions before joining Cabot Advisors' separate account business as an Asset Manager in December 1999. Upon the sale of Cabot Industrial Trust in late 2001, Ms. Stevens continued with Cabot Properties, Inc., where she served as an Asset Manager in the Washington, Northern California, Kentucky, Ohio, North Carolina and Massachusetts markets. Ms. Stevens holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Bridgewater State College.
