Janine M. Cobb, Senior Vice President, Asset Management, has 33 years of real estate experience and has been employed by Cabot for 22 years. Ms. Cobb serves as an Asset Manager and is the Team Leader for assets located in New Jersey, Baltimore, Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida. Ms. Cobb was previously the General Manager & President of Cabot Advisors, Inc.'s separate account business from 1997-2001. Ms. Cobb began her real estate career in 1978 in the accounting department for Cabot, Cabot & Forbes and subsequently became Vice President of Financial Services for CC&F Asset Management Company. In September 1986, Ms. Cobb joined The Boston Company Real Estate Counsel, Inc. as an Asset Manager, becoming a Regional Vice President in 1988. When Mellon McMahon Real Estate Advisors acquired The Boston Company Real Estate Counsel, Ms. Cobb became Director of Debt Restructuring & Refinance until January 1995. Thereafter, Ms. Cobb performed real estate consulting services and joined First Colony Mortgage Company, as a Mortgage Officer in November of 1996, prior to joining Cabot Advisors. Ms. Cobb holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (accounting concentration) from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and a Masters Degree in Management from Emanuel College.
