Daniel R. Heffernan, Assistant Vice President, Asset Management, has 13 years of real estate experience, six of which are with Cabot. Mr. Heffernan serves as an Asset Manager in the Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Maryland, and New Jersey markets. Prior to rejoining Cabot Properties, Inc. in October 2008, Mr. Heffernan was an Associate Asset Manager with BlackRock, Inc. Mr. Heffernan began his career with Cabot Industrial Trust as a Property Management Accountant. Upon the sale of Cabot Industrial Trust in late 2001, Mr. Heffernan joined G.I.D. Investment Advisors as a Senior Development Accountant. Mr. Heffernan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Real Estate Management, both from Bentley University.
