Andrew D. Ebbott, 51, Partner, has 22 years of real estate experience and has been employed with Cabot for 19 years. He is Head of Acquisitions and serves on the Investment Committee. While at the Cabot REIT, Mr. Ebbott served as Director of Acquisitions. During that time, the Company acquired over $1.3 billion of industrial assets in 20 markets across the United States. As Director of Acquisitions for Fund I he oversaw the acquisition of an additional $545 of industrial properties. Mr. Ebbott joined Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Realty Advisors in 1988 as Director of Research and a member of the acquisition department, becoming a Vice President-Acquisitions in 1991 and a Senior Vice President of Cabot Partners in 1995. He started his career with Coopers & Lybrand, joining Leggat, McCall & Werner in 1985 and Cabot in 1988. Mr. Ebbott is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers.
